You vs each competitor
Positioning →Each competitor's average daily price and how it compares with yours (+ = they're dearer, − = they're cheaper). Red = cheaper than you, green = dearer.
Your rates from the latest shop
Competitor prices (mapped to your groups) → the first matching rule → your daily rate. Type a number in Override to fix a cell; clear it to go back to the rule.
Pricing rules
The first active rule that matches a cell wins (lowest priority number). Leave a scope field empty to mean "all". Reference: which competitor price you anchor to; then ± % and ± €/day, floor/ceiling and rounding.
New rule
Not priced
Cells skipped: too few competitors (setting), no matching rule, or none of the reference vendors quoted.
Rate sheets
Published before every read time (Data & settings), always whole blocks. The current one is at /api/rates/current.xlsx and data/exports/current/rates.xlsx.

Compare with competitors
Who is where: daily price by pickup date
Each row is a competitor (cheapest offer per pickup date), sorted by average price. Red = cheaper than the selected brand, green = more expensive, bold = cheapest that day. Your selected brand(s) and your new rate (from your rules, with the rank it would give) are highlighted where they rank.
Capacity, bookings and pace
Fleet and on-rent for this location × group; bars are pickups booked so far per pickup date, line is last year's final pickups.
Price gap vs competitor median, by location × car group
Your primary brand, latest shop. Blue = cheaper than the market, red = more expensive. Cell shows gap % · average rank.

Fleet utilization: actual and forecast
On rent ÷ fleet. Future days add expected pickups (LY final × pace × share not yet booked).
Forecast peak utilization by week
Bookings vs your price index
Each dot is one location × car group between two shops, after removing location and week effects. Slope = price elasticity of demand.
Recommended daily rates
Market median × target position, adjusted for forecast fleet utilization and pace; capped per step and by min/max. Nothing is pushed anywhere: approve to record a decision, or export CSV.
Running
Schedules
Each schedule shops its locations × rental lengths × pickup dates on Orbitcarhire at the times you set, imports the result and updates every tab. A run that hits a CAPTCHA or block stops and the schedule pauses (cool-down in Data & settings).
New schedule
Today's plan
Spread schedules: one block per station × 30-day window of pickup dates, all its dates and rental lengths together, at the time shown. Times change every day when mixing is on; no block runs in the quiet minutes before a rates read.
Run history
Your stations and their Orbitcarhire locations
Shops use the Orbit id. Aliases (e.g. IATA codes or the codes in your booking export) are folded into your station code everywhere. Inactive stations stay mapped but are not offered for schedules by default.

Map car codes to your groups
Competitors and your own listings use ACRISS/SIPP codes (CCMR). Map each one to your group code (D1) and every tab compares like with like. Each country has its own mapping: pick it above; rules you set then apply to that country only. Exact codes win over patterns; patterns use ? for any letter and [AB] for a choice (e.g. C?M? = all manual compacts).
Suggestions
Unmapped codes matched to the group of the most similar mapped code (same category letter and transmission).
